Night Time Photography

A few nights a go at around 8.30pm UK time I took my Canon and tripod and went on a mission to take some pictures at night. It took a while to get the exposure right so that I was able to see anything. For those who don't know what the exposure does on a camera it is basically how long the shutter on the camera stays open for. After messing around with the exposure I found that having it open for 30 seconds worked best and here are some of the photos I took. I must add that these aren't edited so I'm sorry if they are a little dark.
These last two pictures are my personal favorite out of the ones that my dad and I took and I hope to go out again soon and take more night time photos.
