As you saw from my previous blog post I went to France not all that long ago. Whilst I was away in France I also went to Disneyland and I suffered in the heat of around 34 degrees in black skinny jeans as I owned no shorts at the time so that was fun. The queues for everything were pretty big so we had to choose carefully which rides we wanted to go on. It only took around an a hour and a bit to get there as we spent a lot of the time queuing to get into the park itself.
We first stopped off at a stall to get drinks for each of us and looked at the map to see where we were and the rides we wanted to go on. The first ride we decided to go on was Alice's Curious Labyrinth.

After that we then walked round a little to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and then round to the Aladdin ride. It was then around lunch time and my sisters and I were pretty hungry so we decided that we would go over to the Walt Disney Studios to go and get food in the main building called Restaurant en Coulisse which serves burgers and chips and that kinda stuff.
After getting lunch we sat and let our lunch go down and then decided we would go on the Studio Tram Tour which shows you behind the scenes of film sets and props and special effects which was super cool and its one of the rides I remember most from when I last came to Disneyland Paris when I was probably around 7 or 8 years old ish?
Once we got off the Studio Tour my sister and I were desperate to go and get on the Rock and Roller Coaster so we got a fast pass and waited for our allotted time to go and get on the ride. As soon as we could get on the ride we rushed round through to queue up and go and get on the ride. The first time I went on the Rock and Roller Coaster was with my dad and I remember I was super scared as I was like 8 or something but once I'd gotten off it I wanted to go on it again and again!
We decided to then come back to the Disney park and go on some more of the rides and explore a bit more of iconic Disney castle.
As we came into the park people had started to get a seat or somewhere to stand to watch the afternoon parade, however my sisters didn't want to watch the parade so we walked around to get a drink and look at the castle and see if any of the rides had short queues.
We walked round into Discoveryland which has the Buzz Lightyear ride and Space Mountain and the Star Wars ride but they had super long queues of an hour and a bit upwards, so instead we went into the Star Wars shop and oh my gosh it was awesome! You can make your own light saber or little Star Wars character and I must admit I may have got super super excited over it!
After checking out the Star Wars shop we headed back to go and have a look at the castle and as we got closer to Main Street it was packed! The afternoon parade was on and we managed to catch the end of it which I was pretty happy about.
Once the parade had finished my sisters and I waited for the mass of people to go and then walked on round to Frontierland to see the rides round there. The queue for Thunder Mountain was an hour and a half which my sisters didn't want to wait in so we went on the Phantom Manor and them came and sat down for a bit as our feet were killing us!
Whilst we were sat down this six piece band came out and started playing some super jazzed out versions of Disney songs which was really cool.
Soon enough we were all hungry and it was time to get some dinner. My sisters wanted to go to the Pirates of Caribbean restaurant but that was super expensive so we went over to see if Pizza Planet was open which is the Toy Story themed restaurant but that was closed so in the end we went to the Belle Note which is the Lady and the Tramp restaurant.
It was then decided that we would have one quick look at the castle and the dragon which lives underneath it before heading on over to the Walt Disney Studios as they closed at 9pm. We dashed over and around 20 minutes before the park closed we got to the park and went on the Rock and Roller Coaster which had only a 5 minute wait on it! Whilst we were on the ride they played the song 'Dude Looks Like a Lady' by Aerosmith which always reminds me of the film Mrs Doubtfire so my sister and I sang along at the top of our lungs!
Soon enough it was time to go home so met up with my dad and his girlfriend at the car park area and headed back home.
Overall it was such a good day and I am very thankful to have gone on this wonderful holiday with my two sisters, dad and his girlfriend. It was super awesome and I really enjoyed it so thank you guys.
Goodbye Disneyland, until next time
