Birthday Sibling Trip to London

Hey guys, sorry for the slight lack of blog posts, I have been in Toronto, Canada for the last six days as I've been super busy but don't worry, there will be blog posts of it to come and usual random post upload will resume!
Near the end of May I met up with my brother, Dan, in London to hang out for the day for my birthday a few months earlier. We both bought our Canon 500D camera's with us to take photos during the day as my brother does love a good selfie!
Near the end of May I met up with my brother, Dan, in London to hang out for the day for my birthday a few months earlier. We both bought our Canon 500D camera's with us to take photos during the day as my brother does love a good selfie!
We weren't quite sure where to go first so we headed round to Covent Garden to have a walk round and a catch up. Dan and I then got the tube round to Trafalgar Square and tried to kill some time before we went to the London Ice Bar at 1pm.

Just before we went into the Ice Bar we went and got lunch from a restaurant called Tibits which is a vegan/ vegetarian restaurant where you can go and choose the food you want and you pay depending on how heavy your food is. The food was really nice and it was nice outside so we sat outside and had our food.

| Photo: Dan Wood Just a bit before 1pm we headed round the corner to the Ice Bar and had a drink, it was around -5 degrees in there so we got given these huge warm blue ponchos with thick ski gloves attached to it. I had a tropical drink and it was super awesome! However I was kinda worried as the glasses were made of actual ice that I would end having my tongue or lips or both stuck to the glass! |
After walking around like turtles with our big backpacks under our ponchos Dan and I went round and decided to go for a walk around Camden Market and it was super busy! Here are some photos from then:

After we went round Camden Market we headed back to the train station and off home. Overall it was a super awesome day and I really enjoyed hanging out just myself and Dan as we don't get to do that much; hopefully I'll get to do this sorta thing again with Dan again soon!
